Quad Sky LNBsSky LNBs are designed to fit certain dishes. Some are no longer available. We supply details of the "finger" or "spigot" dimensions so you can match them to your dish. Please measure your dish arm internal dimensions and choose an appropriate LNB. If you don't know the dish type and spigot dimensions, we will not be able to answer "will it fit" questions. Note: even if an LNB fits, you may have to adjust its distance from the dish so that it gives the highest signal. (Optimising the focal position.) It may be possible to achieve this only by using a wooden "splint" or heatshrink tubing to hold the LNB in the correct position. If you need to be certain that an LNB will fit and is optimised for the dish, please buy dish and LNB together as a kit. | |||

| Many Thomson Digibox power supplies begin to fail after 12 months. This can result in a "poor signal" indication, which is more noticeable with certain LNBs - especially if the LNB requires more current from the power supply. (The quad-output LNB requires slightly more current than a single). We do recommend checking this if you have a problem. It's reported more often with the HD boxes but the Sky+ digibox has the same power supply unit. | |||
