Increasingly, ISPs are using filtering systems to try to keep Spam out of customers' in-boxes. Sometimes they accidentally filter the e-mail that you want to receive. One of the worst offenders is AOL (affectionately known to professionals as "Assholes On Line" because it seems to provide a permanent "no-brain" service for children and beginners that filters out "suspicious" messages). Unfortunately, ordinary business replies seem to fall into that category and get filtered out. Check your "junk" or "bulk" folder to see what I mean.

To make sure that SatCure Sales replies, Technical e-mails and opt-in mailshots are not filtered into your "junk" or "bulk" folder, please add SatCure to your list of trusted senders. Here's how:

Hotmail: Place the domains satcure.co.uk and satcure.net and telepart.co.uk on your safe list. The safe list can be accessed via the "Options" link next to the main menu tabs.

AOL: Place the above domains in your address book.

Yahoo! Mail: If one of our messages is filtered to your 'bulk' folder, open the message and click on the "this is not Spam" link next to the "From" field.

Other providers: If any of our messages is being filtered, try adding our domains or our 'From' or 'Reply-to' address to your address book or contact list. If this option is not available, try moving the message to your 'inbox' or forwarding the message to yourself.

If subsequent messages continue to be filtered, call or e-mail your ISP's tech support and specifically ask how you can be sure to receive all e-mail from us. Follow their instructions for "whitelisting".

Sorry to bother you like this, but we are caught in the middle. We support fully the anti-spam measures of all mail servers and ISPs. But please do make sure that your mail server or ISP is not accidentally keeping our information from you.

And, finally, do make sure that your "reply-to" email address is valid. We receive at least two messages every day which we can't reply to because the email address is wrong.
