tvLINK-Plus lets you control Sky Digibox...

...and/or other equipment such as Freeview receiver, VCR, DVD etc.

In fact there's no real limit because you can position the transmitting "eyes" some distance in front of ALL your equipment and control everything. Or you can place them at the rear of a cabinet and paint the inside of the doors white so they reflect the signal back to the front panels of your equipment.

To RF2 -->

To tvLINK upstairs (or amplifier).

To Main TV aerial input if required.

tvLINKplus installation with Sky Digibox used to provide the voltage.

The Sky Digibox should always be positioned, so it can't "see" the infra-red signal (or reflections) from either of the transmitting "eyes", to reduce the risk of interference which will cause erratic Digibox operation.

(This applies only if the tvLINKplus is powered by the Digibox RF Outlet 2. If it is connected to a separate power supply and NOT to the Digibox then you can safely point a transmitter "eye" at the Digibox front panel.)

Further equipment can be "daisy chained" into the RF output between the VCR and the Sky Digibox unit.

If equipment without RF loop-through sockets is used (eg most DVD players) then an RF modulator must be used to convert the DVD Scart signal to RF.

tvLINKplus installation without a Sky Digibox.

A T140 amplified splitter is used and power derived from the tvLINKplus Power Supply unit is sufficient to power the T140, tvLINKplus and four tvLINK "eyes".

If equipment without RF loop-through sockets is used (eg most DVD players) then an RF modulator must be used to convert the DVD Scart signal to RF.

The tvLINKplus can also be used in conjunction with the LOFT BOX.
